Founded in 2025, our brand was born from the meeting of two minds: Esteban J., a visionary creative director with a passion for aesthetics, and Manolo Betancur, the award-winning owner of the legendary Manolo’s Bakery.
What started as a conversation about elevating the classic "strawberries and cream" turned into a mission to redefine dessert in Charlotte. We asked ourselves: Why just serve a dessert when you can design an experience?

With a background in marketing and a distinct eye for "The Experience," Esteban believed that dessert should be as beautiful as it is delicious. He created the "Design Your Indulgence" concept—a way to turn a simple craving into a moment of personal art, styled for the modern world.
